50 minute session 1:1 with your therapist to work on your chosen goals, build skills, increase insight, and process what is on your mind.

Individual therapy, 60 min
$190

60 minute session 1:1 with your therapist. Similar to a 50 minute session with additional time provided to work on multiple chosen goals or address complex concerns

Family therapy
$180

50 minute session with you and one or more chosen family members. We will work on mutually-agreed upon goals after creating agreements together about how we will communicate, hold each other accountable to being respectful in the space, and cope with any strong emotions that arise.

Initial Assessment
$225

50 minute appointment with you and a family member if relevant. We will talk about who you are and how you spend your time, relevant personal and family background, and current and previous mental health concerns. We conclude with goal development and discussion of diagnostic impressions.
